Provide a complete kit list
Include the main instrument, accessories, spare parts and an intended packing arrangement. Distinguish equipment dimensions from case inner dimensions.
Explain access and contact requirements
Describe lifting access, sensitive surfaces and whether the instrument must remain in place during use. Send a sample or drawing when the shape cannot be described reliably.
Approve before production
Review the proposed foam layout and agreed sample. Thickness, density, colour and performance requirements must be specified for the actual project; they are not inferred from a photograph.
