How long does sample making take?
Sample timing depends on the design, materials and approval requirements. The sample schedule is confirmed after reviewing your brief.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery is confirmed for the specific order, quantity and approved design. We do not publish a universal delivery promise.
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. Discuss your logo, appearance, dimensions, EVA lining and accessories. The accepted customization scope is confirmed in writing.
Are all VEKAI Cases IP67 waterproof?
No universal IP67 claim is made here. Protection ratings are model-specific and require supporting test documentation. Include the required rating in your inquiry.
